The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) and Department of Public Health (DPH) are handling the state’s procurement and distribution of PPE. The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is actively working with stakeholders to help secure PPE.

Now that the PPE supply chain has significantly stabilized the Commonwealth has developed a reopening webpage, which includes vendor resources for procuring PPE.
Public entities can purchase PPE through COMMBUYS, which has a list of Statewide Contract Vendors.
If you anticipate a supply shortage within the next 5 days to support emergency operations and are unable to source the material(s) through your normal supply chain, then you may request PPE through the state.
